What Each Device Condition Means
A condition grade mainly describes the device’s physical appearance. Functional testing, battery information, PTA status and package contents are confirmed separately.
Brand New
A new and unused device. Seal, activation status, official warranty and box contents must still be confirmed for the individual listing.

Open Box
The packaging has been opened, but the device should have no meaningful signs of regular use. Activation and accessory status are confirmed separately.

A carefully used device with an excellent overall appearance and no major visible damage. Very small handling marks may be present.

Condition Does Not Mean Package Type
Device Condition and Package Type are separate product properties at 57 Reflex. One describes how the device looks, the other describes what comes in the parcel.
Device Condition
This describes the visible cosmetic state of the phone, such as Brand New, Like New, 10/10 Used or 9/10 Used.

Battery Health Is Separate from Cosmetic Condition
A phone can look like new while having a used battery, or show cosmetic marks while still providing acceptable battery performance. Battery information must therefore be evaluated separately.
Battery Health Percentage
Where the operating system provides a reliable battery-health percentage, the available reading may be shared with the customer.
Charging and Usage
Charging behaviour and basic battery performance may be checked where practical.
Android Battery Limitations
Some Android devices do not provide a reliable native battery-health percentage. In these cases, no exact percentage is invented.
Battery health naturally changes with age, usage, charging habits, software and temperature. Any shared percentage is a point-in-time reading and not a permanent guarantee. 57 Reflex does not publish assumed battery values.
PTA Status Is Not a Condition Grade
Registration status affects network use in Pakistan. It says nothing about how the device looks or how the battery performs.
Official PTA Approved
The device is represented as officially registered for supported Pakistani mobile networks. Verify the status for the individual listing.
Non-PTA
The device is not represented as officially PTA approved. Network-use limitations and applicable rules should be understood before purchase.
CPID Registered
The device is represented with a CPID-related registration status. Please request the current confirmed status before ordering.
Confirmation Required
The final registration status must be confirmed before the order is approved.
IMEI and registration information is handled privately. Full sensitive device identifiers are never displayed publicly on the website.

Understanding Checking Time and Warranty
Checking time, shop warranty and official manufacturer warranty are different. The applicable coverage must be confirmed for the individual product before purchase.

Official Warranty

Does 10/10 Used mean brand new?
No. A 10/10 Used device is still pre-owned. The rating describes exceptional cosmetic condition, not factory-new or sealed status.
Does Like New mean there are no marks?
Like New indicates excellent overall condition, but very small handling marks may still be present. Review the exact device photographs before ordering.
Is battery health included in the condition grade?
No. Cosmetic condition and battery information are evaluated separately.
Does Full Box mean the phone is brand new?
No. Full Box describes package contents. A pre-owned device can also include its original box and accessories.
What does Kit Only mean?
